What does it take to provide an efficient and quality healthcare system for the human population in deprived communities around the world? Is it only medication which is used to treat all kinds of diseases and infirmities?
Every year, millions of people around the world die from diseases and other health conditions which are preventable in nature. Many organizations and private individuals have been providing medical services in curing diseases in the affected parts of the world. However, less is being done in the area of preventive medicine, palliative care, behavioral health, spiritual resiliency, nutrition, public health education, counseling and financial education as a hollistic approach to quality living. Medics Without Borders (MWB) is here to change how healthcare is provided to the sick and those who need more than medications and surgeries.
